Plateau Beaded Flat Bag

L.12 ¾": W.10 ¾"

The bag has an elk with brown outline and blue antlers accompanied by floral designs. There are some small Native repairs towards the bottom of the bag witihin the leaves of the small flower and the background. The bag was rebacked in brown velvet in the 1920's and a brown fabric covers the original gingham edge. The brown fabric edging is worn exposing the gingham edge underneath. The bag is lined in a vintage blue cotton with red floral print.
