Plains Quilled Child's Vest with Bird Motif

This is a really nice quilled child's vest. The vest is hide stained yellow and has quilled designs on both the front and back. The back has a row of three eagles down the center with a row of three floral designs on each side. The front has floral stalks and crosses in three rows on each side. The vest is lined on the inside and all edges are bound with a narrow border of red cloth. The vest was worn so the red cloth shows wear and the lining is soiled. At the bottom of the right panel there are two small areas which were chewed by mice and at the middle of the collar in back a small part of the red binding is frayed and missing, all of which are shown in the photos.
