Tlingit Open Weave Basket

This is a very comfortable basket to have around. It is subtle and beautiful and it has sufficient volume to make a statement. The colors are muted with some dark lines as accents. The two wide bands of openwork add to the appeal of this basket. It has been carefully handled and is in excellent condition.
