Ojibwe Loom Beaded Bandolier Bag Strap

This is a nice loom beaded strap for a bandolier bag. The design is made up of two parallel bands of eight pointed stars on a white bead background. The beadwork was laid on a red wool stroud and backed with red cotton cloth. It is edged with blue-black wool. The beadwork is loose from the red stroud on one end and has some bead loss and repair. Two of the areas can be seen in the close-up photograph of the strap.
