Ojibwe Bandolier Bag

What a striking Ojibwe bandelier bag! This shoulder bag worn with strap resting on one shoulder and worn across the body has colorfully beaded floral designs on a rich black velvet which is edged in olive green grosgrain ribbon. The green bead fringe with red wool terminals line the base of the bag as well as where the two strap halves meet.  The straps are 7 ¼" wide and have different designs on each half. The bag is in excellent condition and has been passed down through the same family.
