Rocky Boy Child's Moccasins

An attractive pair of child's moccasins with the Indian Arts and Crafts Board original tag with the "Fort Belknap" printed ID penciled out and "Rocky Boy" written in pencil above it with the maker's name, Rosie Windy Boy as the craftworker, and the date "6/44" written on the lower right of the tag.  The moccasins are beaded in three colors, pink, blue and yellow.  The moccasins are smoke tanned with soft soles. They are in great condition. It is always interesting to get something from the 1940's with the US Government tag and the maker's name.
