Plateau Partially Imbricated Basket with Figures

This is an interesting basket. It is woven as a rectangular basket rather than the classic round or even oval baskets from the Plateau tribes. It has the classic loops along the top like most of the Plateau imbricated huckleberry baskets have. It has a nice  pair of human figures below the rim on all four sides.  It is in excellent condition and will make an interesting addition to a basket collection.
