Quinault Basket

This is a large and early Quinault spruce root gathering basket with a classic design of repeated vertical parallel bands with cedar bark loops along the rim. I had four loops that were missing replaced by Ginnie Porter. Other than the missing loops, the basket is in excellent original condition with out any breaks or splits. I find it very difficult to find good Quinault spruce root baskets in such good condition.
