Quileute Basket by Beatrice "Grandma" Black

This is a small twined basket made by Beatrice "Grandma" Black, the esteemed Quileute teacher and basket maker. It has a cattail foundation with a design of sitting ducks. It is well woven and was made not long before she lost her eyesight and could no longer make baskets.
