Plateau Beaded Belt Pouch

This is a really interesting belt pouch. The design is a flower with two blossoms on a stem with two leaves on a darker blue background. It is edged on three sides with oval brass beads separated by two small white and one light blue beads. Across the top are three sections of small brass spring like pieces and the two drops have brass beads on them as well. A very visual and unusual treatment. This beaded front is from an earlier belt pouch.  The pouch is commercial leather and more recent but with a back of old buffalo hide. A good and interesting piece for the collector or for someone who wants a more unusual piece of beadwork.
