Nisqually Partially Imbricated Basketry Bowl

This is a beautiful Northwest basket. It is a slightly oval with small loops along the rim. The imbricated design is a modified "salmon gill" pattern, accentuated by the black and cream colors of the material used in the imbrication. The design really stands out. The basket is in excellent condition. A wonderful basket for the collector.
