New Mexican Mother Mary Santo

Mary is standing with her hands pressed together in prayer. She is wearing a long red dress with a light colored front piece. She has a long blue shawl with a gold edge over the top of her head which reaches the floor. The top of her head has eight holes, which would have held her halo. She stands on a wood base and is attached to it by two wood pegs which are visible on the under side of the base.  All of the paint is nicely aged. This is a very pleasing figure.
