Huge Plateau Floral Beaded Bag with Dusty Pink Background

I have never had a Plateau bag as large as this one. The size and stark simplicity of the design makes it a very dramatic piece. One could imagine this hanging in an art gallery in New York City. The woman who wove this bag chose to have a vertical background rather than the more common horizontal background. She has stitched a large flower design with a sewing machine on the backing. She was a very talented artist.
