Fully Contoured Plateau Beaded Flat Bag

This is fairly large example of the early 1890's Plateau Contour bag with abstract floral design elements radiating out from a central design figure. It is a very dramatic example, set off by the white beaded background.  It has two faceted black glass buttons just below where the handle pierces the bag in the front. The red stroud back has a few small moth holes in it, other than that the bag is in excellent condition.
