Large Framed Makah/Nuu-Chah-Nulth Basketry Mat

This is a large round basketry mat in a handsome stained round frame, under glass. The basketry mat fills the entire visual space. It has a central orange-pink and purple spiral design. Centered at the exterior edge of each spiral section is a flying bird in the opposite color. This is a beautiful piece of art.
