Excavated Walrus Ivory Game Bird

This is a fairly large fat Eskimo ivory game bird. It is quite round and has the mottled yellow brown of old fossilized ivory.  It has a hole in the tail which allowed it to be secured with other pieces when not being used. This is a really nice example.
