Don Ungott Ivory Owl

A charming and very alert owl looking right at you over his left wing.  He is carved in snowy white ivory with double inlay eyes of fossilized ivory and baleen. His body is nicely scrimshawed with feather patterns on his head and wing. The carving is signed on the bottom "Don Ungott". Don Ungott (1935-2002) lived in Gamble Alaska.
