Nez Perce Cornhusk Belt Pouch with Rose Design

Stunning Nez Perce cornhusk belt pouch with great designs, beautifully executed, on all three surfaces. The front is a red rose and bud with stem and leaves, the back has four trees with red trunk and branches and the interior panel is composed of two tall pine trees.  All of the workmanship on the three panels is fine and even. The colors are rich and vibrant. In addition, the belt pouch has two long, drops with beads which terminate in two old heirloom elk teeth with drilled designs. This belt pouch was collected directly from a Nez Perce family. This is one of the finest cornhusk pieces you will see.
