Carved Walrus Ivory Sitting Bird on Fossilized Ivory Mount

This fellow sits on his mount looking out over space with passive interest. He is not concerned for his safety. He sits on a nice piece of fossilized walrus ivory with beveled edges. He has black feet and a black beak and scrimshaw on his wings. What more could he want (other than a good new home).
