Small Lower Klamath River Basket

This is one of those small compact baskets that is a pleasure to own. The workmanship is excellent, the design is pleasing and the shape is classic. The simplicity of the bear grass linear design against the solid light brown of the weft works very well. To complete the design, the weaver put a three row band of alternating bear grass and natural weft below the rim.
