Hopi Wedding Vase by Fawn Garcia Navasie

This is a beautiful Hopi wedding vase by Fawn Garcia Navasie, formerly Little Fawn (1959-). She is the daughter of Eunice (Fawn) Navasie. Her use of white clay harkens back to the work that she would do with her mother pre-1979 when they worked together creating pottery. This is a great example of her work that has some minor abrasions (see photos). The base of the pot is signed "Fawn".
