Tlingit Wooden Eagle Claw Pipe

This is a fabulous piece of Northwest Coast art made for the market. It is an eagle claw holding an object that hold the pipe. The pipe is a round piece of rusted metal which may or may not be cut from a gun barrel.  The object, painted reddish brown has a circular pattern of brass tacks around each end. The four talons are painted a murky yellow and the rest of the claw is painted black. Other than 100 painted on the object being held and on the end of the short stem, the pipe is is excellent condition. It really doesn't get any better than this. You are going to miss this if you don't get it.
