Large Yokut Basket

This is a large Yokut basket with an interesting design around the body which is composed of large wide diamond shapes within a wide cross like border. Above this design are three parallel undulating stepped bands which go up almost to the rim and drop down to the main design. This is a pleasing  basket which is well woven in excellent condition and is really fairly priced.
