Small Inuit Scrimshawed Ivory Letter Opener

This is a fun little butterknife shaped letter opener carved from old walrus ivory. It has scrimshawed figures on all four faces. The handle has two walruses on one side and a small seal on the other side. On seal side the blade has two ptarmigan and the walrus side has a salmon. An all-around nice group of critters. There is one tiny chip at the very back of the blade, otherwise it is in excellent condition.
