Large Fully Imbricated Klickitat Berry Basket with unfinished tumpline

This is a good fully imbricated Klickitat huckleberry basket, used but in excellent condition. The design is the classic Klickitat design of three large joined "V's" around the basket formed with what is referred to as the "salmon gill" design in dyed brown and black cedar root skin. The basket has two leather loops on one side of the basket just below the rim and a single leather loop half way down the basket on the opposite side. These were used to attach a tumpline to the basket.  When the basket was originally purchased, it had a green and white hand knitted wool tumpline laying in its bottom, which comes with this basket.
