Large Plateau Cornhusk Bag

This is a beautiful cornhusk bag with two different but equally attractive and complicated sides. Most corn husk bags will have only one dramatic side, if that, and the other side will be simple and often uninteresting. The weaver of this bag had a good sense of design and color and used a number of colors on each side. All of the designs are in wool yarns. One of the bag’s charms is that part of the edges of the designs cross into the other sides of the bag.
