California Bottle Neck Basket

This is a small California bottleneck with a checker design.  I am not sure who wove it.  It has a foundation of what looks like rods and bundle and coils right.  The foundation may be from larger stems of deer grass.  It is a good looking small bottleneck and will be a welcome addition to one’s collection.
