Blackfoot Moccasins
A very attractive pair of Blackfoot moccasins with two simple "V" shaped designs across the top and two triangle patterns along the side. The moccasins have soft soles which are sinew sewn to the upper part. All of the beadwork is thread sewn. There is an old type written note which was in one of the moccasins which identifies the pair as Blackfoot and says that the moccasins were given to a Wm. Grills by Charles M. Russell, the western painter.
