Sioux Beaded and Fringed Cylinder Bag

This is an unusual Sioux beaded bag in the form of a cylinder with a beaded body and a wide leather area above it with short fringe at the top, the intersection of the beadwork and leather and at the base.  This is unique to my experience and is quite interesting visually as well as being well made.  The only damage is a hole blow the rim which can be seen in one of the pictures.
