Sioux Beaded Baby's Vest
This infant's vest is unusual example of Sioux baby clothing due to it being thread sewn. The red beads are old "white hearts" or Cornaline d'Aleppo beads. These beads get their name from the white or yellow center of the beads enrobed in a layer of colored glass, most commonly in shades of red and yellow. This is a good looking piece to round out any collector's collection.
