Plateau Bag with Native American Fishing with Dip Net

This is an unusual beaded action image depicting a Plateau Indian fishing for salmon with a dip net from a platform over a river such as they did at Celilo Falls on the Columbia River before it was covered by the waters of The Dalles Dam and still do at Shears Bridge over the Deschutes River in Oregon and at the mouth of the Klickitat River in Washington.
