20th C. Northwest Coast Carved Wooden Spoon
A beautifully carved Northwest Coast wooden spoon with a graceful curve and elegant form. It has a row of joined scallops along both sides beginning about half way up the spoon and has terminal composed of four rings much like those signifying potlatchs on a Tlingit hat. I believe it is carved from alder. (The stand is not part of the offering and is not for sale)
