Scrimshawed Eskimo Ivory Napkin Ring

A beautifully scrimshawed Eskimo made ivory napkin ring from the early 20th C with a walrus as the central figure with a small fox and salmon on one side and a seal and goose on the other. The artistry on this piece is extraordinary. All of the art is done within a central panel which has been carved away leaving a rounded border above and below the art work.
