Frank Patania Snr. Earrings

These beautiful, 1950's sterling silver and turquoise post earrings were created by Frank Patania Sr. (1889-1964). Popular in 1950's jewelry design, these comma shaped earrings are distinctly Patania Sr. with each earring featuring three pieces of turquoise mounted in serrated bezel settings with sterling silver raindrop tucked in amongst the stones. The hallmarks on the earrings run along the bottom edge, marked with Frank Patania Sr.'s conjoined "FP", "STERLING", and the Thunderbird shop mark. The turquoise has great texture and matrix. They are sure to make a statement with any outfit you wear.
