Mezcala Pre-Columbian Stone Figure

Stone figure worked from an older, possibly diorite stone ax. It has minimal body features. The head has large oval eyes within the worked planes of the face which is less common on these figures. This figure does not match any single type in Carlos Gay's classification of Mezcala figures.
