Hopicrafts Silver Overlay Bracelet

This Hopicrafts sterling silver overlay cuff bracelet has a strong presence, with it's extra wide band and deep cut in design. The bracelet has the classic conjoined hallmark HC for Hopicrafts, which opened 1962 by two Hopi brothers, Wayne and Emory Sekaqualtewa in Phoenix.

The two brothers understood the importance of quality work, thus they employed some of the finest Hopi silversmiths including themselves, which elevated the art of Hopi silver overlay jewelry to the highest standards at that time. The jewelry produced at the shop was always well-made, including this piece, from its well balanced weight to each corner in the swirl design being crisp.

Hopicrafts closed in 1983 at its final location, Third Mesa at Kykotsmovi on the Hopi Reservation.
