Beaded Knife Sheath with Tin Cone Fringe

A small, well worn Northern Plains beaded knife sheath with a row of small tin cones in pairs spaced along the outside of the sheath. It is missing a pair of cones at the bottom and one other along the edge. The beads used are small cobalt blue, green and red white hearts on a greasy yellow background. The knife, which dates to the 19th C, came with it when I bought it although I don't know if it was original to it. The rawhide back of the sheath shows great wear.
