Plateau Cornhusk Bag #2

This Depression Era bag is very finely woven with colorful designs all woven from wool yarn. The colors are bright because the bag has not been exposed to sunlight for a very long time. The warp is native fibers and the weft is cotton string. One side has five very bold crosses with interior designs and the reverse has a vertical band of elongated diamonds with designs inside them.
